My Calling...
I enjoy party planning and need little encouragement when asked to organize an event. There is nothing more exciting than getting creative with party themes and coordinating menus, decorations and party favors.
Being in my 30's, it seems lately the majority of the parties I've attended or planned have been Wedding or Baby showers. I think these are the most fun and allow for endless possibilities. I just recently had the pleasure of helping organize a Baby Shower for a great gal named Tolu. She is having a baby girl, so it was too easy to plan the perfect gift for her: A pretty pink Diaper cake, a little Diaper cupcake for decoration and a vase of sock roses. Not only did they make the perfect decoration, but she got to take them all home and use everything they were made of!
I enjoyed it so much that I've started a small business of creating Diaper Cakes and favors. It is so much fun to design a cake. Everything I make is something I am proud of and would personally give as a gift to a friend or loved one. I hope you enjoy the posts and pictures!
